2019 OTWAY ESTATE BLACK SHIRAZ
The Victoria Black Shiraz is a bold example of Australian Shiraz with deep colour and aromas of blackberry and plum over toasty vanillin. Each Shiraz parcel was harvested, it was matured for 18 months in oak before bottling. The palate is full-flavoured and intense with rich plum, blueberry and blackberry. The tannins are ripe and dense giving great structure and length to the palate.
2019 SHIRAZ VICTORIA
This Otway Estate 2019 Shiraz is deep ruby red with intense fruit aromas of blackberry, black cherry and black currant, with spice plum jam, oak and green pepper. Tannins are smooth and delicate with high acidity, good balance and strong aroma, full and sweet taste, and a strong aroma of fresh berries and blackberries. This wine shows the enthusiasm of perfectly.
2019 CABERNET SAUVIGNON VICTORIA
This Otway Estate 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon is with natural deep ruby red and rich fruit flavour, fresh and cool after taste. Its spicy overtone put this wine amongst the most preferred classic style of Cabernet Sauvignon, which brings the wine to persistence, elegance and sound structure finish, all in balance with alcohol.

RESERVE SHIRAZ VICTORIA
Hand harvested before daylight to beat the heat of the day getting into the bunches. Traditional de-stemming and crushing was followed by small batch fermentation with approx. 10% whole bunches included. Intense, concentrated red and black fruit flavours abound on a beautifully balanced palate.
2018 LEESON NO.5 SHIRAZ VICTORIA
This premium Australian Shiraz possesses a fruit driven bouquet, with red-berry fruit, cherry and plum characters accompanied by an appealing spiciness. Deep in color with a wonderful marriage of forest fruits and American oak. Enjoy on its own, with roast pork or hard cheeses, such as Cheddar.
